Membrane Switch Technology & Multi-Material Graphic Overlays

  • Full membrane switch capabilities: Printed circuits by silver & carbon conductive inks on polyester, with dielectric inks for insulation, jumpers and crossovers, and physical protection.

In Mold Design (IMD)

  • Turnkey/value added assembly – i.e. IMD cover for silicone keypad with membrane switch, FPC/Rigid-Flex or PCB.

 

Capacitive Touch/Sensing Technology

  • No mechanical switch fatigue with reliable & durable design capabilities.
  • Capacitive Sensing can be made with flexible or rigid materials – i.e. Polyester Circuits, FPC (Polyimide) or PCB.
  • Capacitive Sensing Signal can be transmitted through substrate materials up to 1” thick.
